13 April, 2019 \u2013 Indoor Aeroboot \/ Aerojumble aviation & avionic sale<\/strong><\/p>\n 48 sellers tables all hosted inside Display Hangar 2 amongst the aircraft at the museum site in eastern Nottinghamshire.<\/p>\n Open 9am to 2pm 14 April, 2019 \u2013 Harrier Day 2019<\/strong><\/p>\n A special event with visiting displays and cockpits to commemorate the 50th Anniversary of the Harrier \u2018Jump-Jet\u2019 entering British military service.<\/p>\n Open 10am to 5pm (last admission 4pm) 18 May, 2019 \u2013 Canberra Saturday<\/strong><\/p>\n An event dedicated to the Canberra aircraft at the museum and personnel that flew them; it will feature visiting displays and is open to the public.<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n Open 10am to 5pm (last admission 4pm) 22 & 23 June, 2019 \u2013 Cockpit-Fest & Aeroboot<\/strong><\/p>\n This annual gathering provides the perfect opportunity for the public to view a diverse range of visiting aircraft cockpits.<\/p>\n Open 10am to 5pm (last admission 4pm) 17 & 18 August, 2019 \u2013 Copter-Fest<\/strong><\/p>\n A new event to celebrate the helicopters in the museum collection; the event on the Sunday will coincide with the 2019 International Helicopter Day.<\/p>\n Open 10am to 5pm (last admission 4pm) 31 August & 1 September, 2019 \u2013 Shackleton Boys 2<\/strong><\/p>\n A book launch event that is being organised in association with Grub Street publishing and will be centred on Shackleton WR977.
