Fleet & Foreign Aircraft Days <\/strong><\/p>\n Newark Air Museum<\/strong><\/p>\n 3rd<\/sup> & 4th<\/sup> September 2016<\/strong><\/p>\n Preparations for the new Fleet & Foreign Aircraft Days are now well underway at Newark Air Museum\u2019s site in eastern Nottinghamshire; close to the border with Lincolnshire. Newark Air Museum is a registered charity that is located on part of the former site of RAF Winthorpe.<\/p>\n The Fleet & Foreign Aircraft Days event takes place on Saturday 3rd<\/sup> and Sunday 4th<\/sup> September 2016 and will focus on the museum\u2019s diverse collection of Fleet Air Arm (Royal Navy) and international aircraft \/ helicopters. Visitors will get the opportunity to view the cockpits and interiors of more than twenty (20) of the museum\u2019s collection of aircraft, cockpits and CIMs.<\/p>\n We also have flypasts on both days by aircraft from the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight; 3rd<\/sup> September, Hurricane & Spitfire and 4th<\/sup> September, Spitfire \u2013 times to be confirmed.<\/p>\n The event is open to everyone and normal museum admission rates will apply:<\/p>\n Adults \u00a38.50, Over 60s \u00a37.50, Children \u00a34.50 and Family ticket [2 adults & 3 children] \u00a323.00.
